                                RENTAL FEES AND RENTAL POLICY  ( 2010)

RESERVATIONS

A refundable security deposit of $400.00 (in addition to the rental fee) is required to reserve the dates along with the signed rental agreement. The security deposit will be refunded after your stay once the inventory has been done by the cleaning lady and once the keys have been returned by mail to us. The entire rental fee must be paid at least four weeks before the beginning of the start of the rental period. Total number of persons : 5.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation occurs more than four weeks from the beginning of the rental period, 100% of the rental fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs between two and four weeks before the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the rent will be returned. If  cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the beginning of the rental period, 100% of the rental fee will be retained. In all cases of cancellation, the security deposit will be returned  minus $100.00 administrative fee. In  all circumstances, if another renter is found, a full refund will occur.

RENTAL FEES FOR  2008/2009.

The rental fee includes utilities and the cleaning of the house and linens (sheets and towels) after departure. Cleaning includes one pair of sheets per bed and one towel  per peson, if there are more than one pair of sheets, an extra fee will be charged for their cleaning. Rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday for a maximum of 5 persons.

1. During high season (July & August) :        $1,100.00 a week.

2. During low season :                                     $900.00 a week.

3 . Reduction for longer stay (more than two weeks)

Please respect these times in order to allow the cleaning lady to prepare the property between two rentals. All furnishing should be placed in original positions prior to departure.  Our house is not equipped for handicaped person or people having difficulty walking up and down stairs since the house is on three floors with  a narrow winding tiled stairway connecting each floor.
